A most read and re-read for every adult. Caroline Myss is wise realistic human. Engery Anatomy addresses the 7 chakras in each chapter.She gives exercises for each chakra. She speaks about how we are each plugged into tribes that we give a part of our power for membership / inclusion in these varies tribes.

I always have to listen to Caroline Myss' material a few times and listening to it closely is a must. However, each time I listen may be different because it may strike me in a different way or I may have missed something the first time. This is definitely true for this work. There is a lot of information about chakras, their meaning and how they influence our lives. At first, when I listened, I thought she skipped a couple of chakras, but when I went back to the first tape, I realized she mentioned it there. There's a lot of wisdom included, e.g. she says we can't continue to see ourselves as victims if we truly believe we can create our own reality. She also refers to her book, "Sacred Contracts" which is helpful if you've read or listened to the audio. All in all I found this work insightful and will continue to listen to it.

I listened to Energy Anatomy back in 2001, when I was in my early 20s. I used to listen to it over and over on my long walks in the country. This information changed who I was by shaping how I see my energy system. As I became aware of how to use the energy in my body, I became more grounded in my body and confident about listening to my body's signals. 12 years later, I bought the CD version and have listened to it twice again. I can't tell you how much it's affected me again and how much more I've learned listening to it again. I had my boyfriend listen to it with me on a very long driving trip and it's changed the way that he sees his energy. It's given us a new language to use with each other when problem solving. And problems do get solved a lot faster. Her language connects the emotions with the language of energy. It's very technical and easy to process. I think it's her way of connecting these things that makes it easy to understand emotions better. And for my boyfriend, and I suspect many men, that this is the way to talk to them about emotions and how to "fix" the problem. Put into the words of energy and using the metaphor of money in a bank account, men get that! If you're ready to own your life and manage your energy so that you can manage your life better, get this!

Long but with many excellent insights for all sorts of people; a rather universal appeal within the new age genre. Note: the sequel or updated version is a pale shadow of this one. Listen to this one again or several times. I still find things in it I have missed before. Not so with the newer "Advanced Energy Anatomy." That one is just not up to this standard.

Energy Anatomy has been around for a long time. Published as a book then on cassettes and now CD. It doesn't matter how many times I listen to this series I finish hearing something new and a way to implement it into my life. As you grow and age you make new changes, encountering different experiences. When you listen to these CD's with a new maturity at a new stage of development the information is implemented differently due to a changed perspective and personal growth. There isn't a more comprehensive straight forward set of self help information and techniques available. This set is timeless and very easy to understand. A great introduction to Caroline Myss.

While I am certain this is an awesome book when you download it through Amazon Prime the chapters are not sorted and there's no way to correct it. It's a shame you cannot get a refund.

I have always LOVED, loved, LOVED Caroline Myss. She's practical, witty, and she doesn't suffer fools gladly. Caroline was my first introduction to the chakra system. In Energy Anatomy she delves deeply into the meaning of each of the seven chakras, dedicating at least one CD to each of them.I first listened to this program in the mid 2000s. I'm happy to replay the CDs/MP3s over and over again to integrate the truths imbedded in these tracks.
